Research on Climate Change & Adaptation
Our research initiatives form the backbone of evidence-based climate solutions in Bangladesh. We publish cutting-edge scientific articles through 'Trishnatur', build the capacity of early career researchers and data analysts with specialized training (GIS & Remote Sensing, Data Analysis & Visualization), and foster national dialogue on climate policy through our National Conference. This ensures that our interventions are informed by the latest science, and we contribute to a growing pool of skilled professionals equipped to tackle climate challenges.

Marine & Coastal Community Resilience
We empower vulnerable coastal communities to adapt and thrive in the face of climate change. Through interactive Ocean Literacy Workshops, we raise awareness about marine ecosystems. Our Sustainable Agriculture & Fisheries Campaign promotes practices that build resilient livelihoods. Crucially, our Disaster Risk Reduction Preparedness Workshops equip communities with essential skills and knowledge to mitigate the impact of natural disasters, enhancing their safety and capacity to recover.

Marine & Coastal Ecosystem Restoration
Direct action for ecosystem health is a priority. Our signature 'Coral Guardians' program provides hands-on training for future marine leaders in coral reef conservation and restoration, directly rebuilding vital habitats. Complementary initiatives like Ocean Literacy Workshops and the Sustainable Agriculture & Fisheries Campaign indirectly support ecosystem health by promoting responsible resource use and reducing environmental degradation in coastal areas.

Humanitarian Action
While our focus is long-term sustainability, we also maintain a critical capacity for rapid Humanitarian Response to unforeseen crises like floods and cyclones. Our trained rapid response team is always ready to deploy within 72 hours of a declared emergency, providing immediate relief and vital assistance to affected households. This ensures that vulnerable communities receive timely support when they need it most, complementing our proactive resilience-building efforts.
