Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Intern at Nirmol Bangladesh, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our community across various digital platforms. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and online content creation, contributing directly to our environmental and community development initiatives. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand communication, supporting our mission-driven work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email).
• Create and schedule engaging digital content, including posts, graphics, and videos, for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor digital marketing trends and assist in adjusting content strategy accordingly.
• Engage with online followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
• Help manage and update Nirmol Bangladesh’s website and other digital platforms to ensure up-to-date and engaging content.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on digital marketing analytics, providing insights on engagement, reach, and growth.
• Collaborate with communication and program teams to develop and promote content related to Nirmol Bangladesh’s projects and activities.

Eligibility & Conditions:

• Current university students only.
• Must demonstrate a strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and online content creation.

• Ability to work independently and commit to delivering assigned tasks on time.
• Flexible to report to the office physically when required, though the primary mode is remote.
• This is an unpaid internship position.
