Eligibility Criteria
The Nirmol Bangladesh Visiting Researcher Programme is highly competitive. Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
✔ Hold an academic affiliation with a recognized research institution, university, or equivalent.
✔ Demonstrate a strong research background relevant to Nirmol Bangladesh's thematic areas (Environment, Climate Change, Oceanography, Sustainable Development, Community Empowerment, Policy Advocacy, GIS & Remote Sensing, Data Analysis).
✔ Propose a research project that aligns with Nirmol Bangladesh's mission and ongoing initiatives.
✔ Possess fluency in English (both written and spoken), as it is the primary language of research and communication within Nirmol Bangladesh.
✔ Current PhD students are also encouraged to apply for affiliation.

Financial Support (Limitations and Conditions Apply)
Nirmol Bangladesh may provide a stipend and/or cover accommodation costs for selected visiting researchers. This support is subject to the availability of funds, the nature and duration of the proposed research, and the specific needs of the researcher. Details regarding potential financial support will be discussed during the selection process and formalized in the invitation letter.
